Following the Governments statement last night and advice from our professional body ACPAT, very sadly we have had to postpone all client appointments until the lockdown is lifted. We will be available by phone, email, FaceTime and Skype to offer any help and advice should you need us in the meantime. If you would like an appointment when we are out of lockdown, please do give us a call. You can speak to Rachel directly on 07801270053. We hope you understand, but your safety and ours must be a priority. We look forward to seeing you all as soon as we can!

Our thoughts go out to anyone who has been affected by this unprecedented event.
We at Equine & Canine Solutions are continuing to work in alignment with the government’s current policies and are also taking into account the needs of our clients and staff in order to stay safe whilst providing our professional services.
... In these difficult and changing times we would like to reassure our clients that we are providing full office support and our physiotherapists are continuing to do visits with the increased hygiene and safeguarding protocols in place.
Our staff have been briefed on the need to self-isolate if they develop a continuous cough or fever.
We would also ask you to adhere to government guidelines around self-isolation. If you are sick or self-isolating, please let us know. If need be a friend could hold your horse/dog for you. Our physiotherapists are happy to call prior to the appointment to obtain a history of the problem and update you on our findings and plans going forward after the treatment.
We are asking all our physiotherapists to wash their hands or use hand sanitiser before and after every visit. We would ask you to do the same.

Staff at Equine and Canine Solutions and their partners all had a fabulous time at an early Christmas party on Saturday night, good to have some well deserved down time :-)
