I know the price is higher than ASDA up the road but even with that I kept coming here for a year and half for petrol and quick grocery, sometimes day time or night time, on foot because I like to take my dog for a walk or in the car.
Today I went there during daytime with my dog on foot! --For the last year and a half If I have the dog at night-- although there is no sign that stated no dogs then, an none that is visible to me now--I shop from the outside window , but at day, the staff mostly claims that they can't open the window and asks me to come in with my dog! Which is the only reason I come to this garage store rather than the other 3 mini shops around! --
Today they said no dogs are allowed and when I tried to explain why I walked in with the dog, the staff member claimed that she never saw me before and acted like she doesn't know what I am talking about!
Knowing that she knows me and me being a continues customer for over a year and half now; I was deeply insulted! If they changed the rules that's one thing but to claim that I am a liar that's unacceptable!
Never coming here again!
