We popped in for breakfast yesterday. We were in a bit of a hurry and only had 35 minutes before an appointment. The food and drinks arrived promptly. I had pancakes which were served with fresh fruit and yogurt and were delicious. My OH had the vegetarian breakfast which was also delicious. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We finished with plenty of time for our appointment. We will return hopefully when we have more time to enjoy the experience.

We go at least once a week and I really haven't ever been dissapionted. It's like sitting at home. we go with the kids, we go with friends, we go with extended family members and it's spot on every time. My wife tells me she feels safe and happy there if she wants to pop in by herself for a coffee and a read of her book, my kids are always made to feel welcome and we don't have the need to be constantly worrying about how loud they are being and granny loves going in for lunch and a coffee ( and she's quite hard to please). The staff and atmosphere are great and it quickly became our firm favourite in Monmouth. Long may it continue, thanks to all the staff for making it such a great place to visit.

Super friendly bar staff. A great place to drop in on a Sunday afternoon for a glass of wine.

My friend & I came in for lunch yesterday to a pleasing atmosphere, we had an excellent lunch of mac & cheese & burger, the service was good considering it was the 1st day for one member of staff, as we were on a coach trip timings went well, love the 'cosy club' feel as we have one in Bath so thank you

Just had lunch here, excellent service great choice of food if you are vegan or 5 years old. Well thought out toys for little one to be amused by for the pretty short wait Vegan Buritto wrap was delicious Lovely atmosphere Highly recommend

It was the first time in Monmouthshire and was impressed. We found Estero lounge and they expected dogs in the downstairs area and garden which is a blessing for us the atmosphere and staff were wonderful and attentive and the food plus drinks were amazing I will definitely be going back

Had a surprise meal for my Mum's 60th birthday on Saturday at The Estero Lounge, I sent a pre order with names and everything went really well despite there being 20 of us and me forgetting to order my children's food! Estero were really accommodating and the service was great, food was excellent, all our guests had a fab time and everyone got to pay at the bar as they left to save any complicated calculations at the end of the meal. Very pleased. Thank you :-)

Great place lovely friendly staff & the pulled pork panini with sweet potato fry’s are to die for, great music too

Fabulous food, fabulous customer service, beautiful place, great prices, great menu, very highly recommended.

Dog and child friendly. Food as expected was great and exceptional value for childrens meal.

Been here twice now, for breakfast. The food is great and the whole place is decorated with vintagey style lamps and miss matched chairs and tables and it's simply amazing!!! I wish we had an estero's at home!! I love it!

Lovely, cool bar but drinks are a bit pricey. Chilled and relaxed atmosphere.

Great decor and atmosphere. Tasty cocktails, and good selection of meals

Food good, just don’t like service style...

We went in yesterday-food was nice although we ordered a garlic bread with cheese that was realllllly burned and a burger with no sauce that came out with sauce. It wouldn't have been such a big deal if we didn't have to already wait about 45 minutes for the food anyways so when we returned the burger it was another 25 minutes until it was brought back. We also paid for extra toppings tonne on 3 burgers that were never put on them. Bar service was great! But the lady who brought the food over was less than pleasing and seemed to spend a lot of time talking extremely loud to the other staff. Almost seemed as if we were intruding. Other than this though it's a nice restaurant I've been in before and had much better experiences.

This is by far the worst lounge I have visited, and I have been to a few as I love these places generally.



Our order only partially appeared and then once I had mentioned the problem it took over 10 minutes for the rest to come to the table.



The staff were incompetent and truly didn’t get it that when you order something, you actually expect to receive it.



This is definitely a place to avoid, such a shame as we would have frequented this establishment quite often on our trip if it had not been so poor.
