Local businessman and Interior Designer Alex Mules along with marketing and business professional Julia Young (Bakshi), have collaborated with multi award winning Consultant Chef Stephen Gomes to ensure our upmarket dining venture’s masterstroke of fine dining. Advocates of seasonality, we are dedicated to using the freshest, most sustainable, local produce wherever possible.
