Great service from start to finish when buying a bike through Cyclescheme at work. Guys always helpful and friendly.
Just took bike back for first service (plus a few spokes following a close encounter with the ground!), No problem and will get it sorted by the weekend.
Would definitely recommend the Cardiff shop wholeheartedly. Nice one!

Just picked up my new Trek (well ex demo) the girl who served me was amazing and really helpful. I buy a bike from them every year and the pleasantness and friendly nature of the staff is amazing. she got me a bell, pedals and reflectors for nothing. Validated my parking too. Amazing shop see you again next year.

Bike brakes needed looking at, they were unable to fit me in until later in the week which I couldn't wait for. Helpful guy showed me what parts I needed to buy for the bike (which they had in stock) and also loosened a couple of rusty allen bolts for me. This allowed me to fix my bike myself and saved a lot of time waiting! Excellent service, thanks!

High prices - you have to be price match virtually everything or you're being ripped off. Staff are not engaging and make you feel like you are an inconvenience. It's odd as being a bike shop you would think they would try to build rapport with you. I don't look forward to using this store and only use it if I must.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had a bit of a problem ordering in a bike (every time they told me a day to come and collect it they'd phone in the morning and tell me that it hadn't come in the order). More a supply problem than a problem with the branch I guess. Once it did come in they set it up very well for me and when I went back to the shop a few days later to ask for the gears to be tweaked the mechanic worked on it for half an hour to get everything just right. Would buy here again.

Great! Needed a tyre, read reviews out of curiosity saw they were a bit low and thought it was unfair, any time I had been in previously was good. Went down yesterday, young lady was very helpful with the price match, ended up buying 2 tyres. Very pleased with the service and how polite the cashier was. Many thanks to Evans and the lady!
