Lovely old fashioned place with excellent fare and friendly and welcoming staff. It has an alcohol licence too!

We go to this chip shop most weeks for a sit down meal. Staff are always excellent and helpful, always a smile and pleasant welcome. Food is always fresh and the fish is delicious. The price is very fair. I'd recommend it to anyone.

1st class fish and chips and 1st class service. All very clean and food is presented beautifully. Even daily newspaper is available for you to read whilst your meal is being cooked and while you enjoy your cup of tea after your meal. Mrs Evans is a very pleasant lady and so are her other waitresses. Been going here a couple of times a year whilst on holiday but now we are residents in Powys we still continue to call in for superb fish and chips.

Good fish and chips. Wouldn't hurt to offer fewer options on the menu and focus on the specialties though!
