A horrible experience speaking to a rude salesman in the networkQ used car section. I asked for details of any 14 or 15 plate 1.4 petrol Mokka's in the Network and he said he could not help me as I did not give him my budget. He should be expert enough to know approximately what such cars would cost, if he can only search by price. This experience put me right off this organisation. He also told me there would be an extra charge of £99 above the non negotiable quoted selling price.

I have a Motability car with EH that I pay a lot of money for. There were no carpets and despite it being what I considered a safety hazard for someone with leg issues as I have, this company went to great lengths to avoid putting any in. Not a problem as I won't be renewing my Motability with them. EH was it worth losing my custom for the sake of a car mat. Strangely enough after my 1st service they put 2 carpets in. Too late EH I'm still not renewing and I really can't understand why you keep on emailing, texting and ringing for customer feedback I’ve told you to your face and to a customer service call centre that you suck what part can't you understand.

Just spoke to Wayne in the service department with regard to an electrical problem I have with my Chevrolet Captiva - he was really helpful. Couldn't expect a better sevice. Well done Evans Halshaw - I will certainly be booking my car in with you in the future.
