appauling service! .. put a deposit down on a fiesta to be moved from midlands to merthyr. all went through fine. sold our car privately for much more than the part ex. turns out the fiesta we put a deposit down on had been sold before we put a deposit on it and we found out after we sold our car privately.. totally messed up our situation as we needed a car. eventually, we got another car from E.H. 2 months ago. to this day i am still having to chase them up for the spare key. huge lack of comminucation between the staff... to be honest, as long as they get your money i dont think they care

Absolutely rubbish! Took my van back under warranty today for a new door seal and to have the door lock replaced as it was broken. I booked the van in took it in the week after they already knew the faults. I left the van there all day and when I went back they had not done anything. Told me door seals are not covered under Warrenty and they didn't have a lock. When I asked questions about why it hadn't been done the staff had shocking attitude and the guy got funny with me with 1 word abrupt answers then jumped in the van I had a lend of slammed the door and done a wheel spin. They expect the customer to look after them and the staff act like idiot. I will be taking this further I would recommend everyone stay away from merthyr ford !!!!

Shocking service. Beware! If you are looking to part-exchange your car, be prepared to be offered an incredibly low value for your car. I was quoted £1200 on the Evans Halshaw website, but £650 by the garage. My car is in very good condition and walked out in disgust, having spend all morning at their showroom. Get them to value your part-ex FIRST!
I had arranged a test drive the week before, and they didn't even get the car prepped as asked - full of dog hair!

Having read other reviews I almost didn't go here but so glad I did. The service I received was brilliant. I was dealt with immediately and from what I saw although it was quite busy nobody was kept waiting. Not only was I dealt with promptly and efficiently the car I purchased was actually several hundred pounds below trade price. I find buying a new car a really stressful experience but this purchase was stress free and the salesperson I dealt with, Tyrone, was amazing. Would recommend.

Rubbish sales as another reviewer said there's more staff than customers yet they are all too busy. If you look carefully you can see them all huddled together in the office doing god knows what.
