Evolution Sport provides sports and activity sessions for people aged 8 to 70 years. We work with people in East Cardiff in areas such as St Mellons, Trowbridge, Rumney, Llanrumney, Pentwyn, Pontprennau. Evolution Sport is a non-profit making organisation and is run completely voluntarily by all members.

Evolution Sports is engaging, interactive and fun for all participants, coaches and volunteers.

Evolution Sports provides such clubs as WHIIZ KIDS! sports clubs, Evolution Rugby, Kick To Touch! , Evolution Football, Evolution Sport.
Fitness, Training and Dance sessions such as Boxercise, Zumba, Evolution Street Dance project, Strength and Conditioning.
1 on 1 Individual or Team Specialist Coaching , Holiday Sport Camps and Sports Tournaments.
