Hi and welcome to Evolve Exclusive. This page has been created so that I can continue to offer friends /family training sessions whilst i am studying for my PT qualification. I will still be offering PT sessions, HIIT blast (30min) session and my normal HIIT COMBO classes. . . . . . if anyone would like a class at any other time, i. e afternoon /evenings /weekends, I am more than happy to hold a session if 3 + people book into that time slot (excluding personal training sessions).
