The Electronic Cigarette works in the following way: The user inhales on the electronic cigarette whilst activating the atomiser by either depressing a button or through an airflow sensor. The atomiser converts the e-liquid in the cartridge or tank system into a vapour using heat (atomisation) and airflow. The vapour is then inhaled by the user, in the same way you would inhale cigarette smoke, and exhaled as water vapour giving the sensation of "smoke"
