Yes these bunch of cowboys have robbed me of my money without permission, they are blatantly rude, aggressive and couldn't run a piss up in a brewery. I had an account with them but they decided to be awkward and difficult to get them to fix stuff. They then had the audacity to send some muppet under qualified black toothed lanky streak of piss of a bloke who then had the nerve to disrespect my wife and shout at her in front of my kids. Would I recommend them? Hell No!

Stay clear coz they are cowboys and worse ones at that!!!
i was with bayv for around 13 years came over to family vision couldn't ask for more friendly staff very understanding would defiantly recommend thankyou family vision ..
Rip offs. I paid £600 towards a tv and washing machine, I had a new born baby, and couldnt keep up the payments, they took the tv and washing machine and left me without them knowing I had a new born, and they have pocketed the £600 I have paid, they refused to let me keep 1 item and also refused to pay me back a penny, They are a heartless company
