Went in to the branch on Friday, and met Matt Webb, he was lovely, very professional, encouraged us to view a property, which we did, although it wasn't quite for us, after we left the branch he rang me to say he had found another property that I might be interested in, not in a pushy way at all. He is a credit to your branch and if I had a property to sell I would have no qualms in him marketing it for me. A real credit and you will go far Matt.

I chose to use FBM following a number of recommendations and I am happy to say that I have found their service to be exceptional. As we all know, its been a rollercoaster ride at times, but I cannot fault their efforts & committment since my property went onto the market. Has Alicia ran up & down Main Street yet? I will pop in & say hello again sometime in November. Thanks again. If you need a Pembrokeshire agent I doubt you could find better.

Please do not use this estate agents as their service is diabolical i am still waiting for full deposit from my previous house i rented which i left in perfect condition and was told that i would receive this. The staff do not return your calls after two weeks when you ring for an update someone is either on another call constantly or the member of staff dealing with your matter is away sick which all seems very convenient. I have never dealt with an estate agents with such lack of professionalism i am not one to write on companies profiles but due to this ordeal i feel i have no other choice to gain there attention and hope that i may now after this long going process will get a dignified response i.e phone call!!!!

If you want to be treated appallingly, spoken to rudely and generally disrespected then call FBM. If however, you'd like to be treated with respect and like to sell your house call another agency!!!

If you expect honesty and fairness. I strongly recommend you don't use this letting agency.
