What a hidden gem this place is Fantastic home cooked food and wonderful service, highly recommend and already looking forward to our next visit

We have just been to Feed the Rumble for afternoon tea and it was absolutely amazing! The place itself is nicely decorated and has a lovely rustic feel (loved the scaffold table and light fitting!) and our table was beautifully laid out with vintage china. The cake stand was made from vinyl records which was awesome!

The food itself was fantastic - there was SO much of it and everything was homemade. Sometimes with afternoon teas, there are far too many sweet things and they can be very sickly, but this one was really well balanced with plenty of savoury choices like rissoles, scotch egg, quiche, filled half potato, open sandwich and a lovely dipping sauce. We had panna cotta, fruit skewers covered in chocolate and the most amazing freshly made crepe. Not only did we have unlimited tea or coffee but also lime and jasmine lemonade which was a really nice touch.

I can't recommend Feed the Rumble enough - I'll be back for a breakfast very soon! Thank you for a really enjoyable experience!

We have been meaning to visit 'Feed The Rumble' for a while and today we finally got around to it. We are SO pleased that we did! The atmosphere and ambience of the place is wonderful So warm, welcoming and friendly! The decor inside is delightful...so much attention to detail; tasteful with lovely little touches. But most importantly the food is a total delight. Almost everything here is home made...the ladies working there are all chefs and you can tell. Our meal was delicious, the cream tea was stunning and the bill at the end a pleasant surprise! This is a new business and one that deserves local support. If you are anywhere in the Cross Hands area, I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

It was as if we were meant to be here. Travelling off the motorway, looking for a coffee, we found this treasure. The food looked amazing, the prices way to cheap. The best coffee & muffin. We met the lovely owners & they are both delightful. Will stop on our way back from Trefin.

Great success to these gals & their business. They have everything in place.

See u soon, from the Canadian couple.

User

Been waiting for a chance to visit after seeing the pictures of the breakfasts. And it tasted as good as it looked! Will definitely be going back.

User

Been for 'Gentlemans afternoon tea' in Feed the Rumble. Can't praise it highly enough - quirky place, delicious homemade food, and owner Jayne just couldn't do enough for us, especially for my elderly/disabled parents, she literally waited on them hand and foot. New business, young owner, really hope its a massive success. If you're in Cross Hands area then call in and give your support

User

Amazing staff, so very helpful, food is out of this world, whatever you get, ranges from breakfast to quick bites to a massive Sunday dinner, highly recommend this place.

Customer focused and 100% puts the customer at the heart of everything Jane does.

User

Absolutely lovely evening at this cute little restaurant. Food was delicious and presentation was absolutely outstanding. Can't say enough about this little gem in Cross Hands. Brilliant way to spend Valentines evening. Very best of luck to the team, sure you'll do amazing! Totally 5 star x

User

Tried this cafe today - felt very uncomfortable - the first attempt to make a pannini resulted in a flat baguette with no filling - I was told the server was having a bad day! the second attempt (by a second person) resulted in the baguette being flattened out so the filling was all spilling out - I was then asked if I wanted it because I had rolled my eyes (not surprising really at the mess that was in front of me!) - After that rudeness I left - without the attempted pannini - so overall a bad experience and rude staff - avoid!
