The festival angling club has been around for many years. We are not just a members only club, we are a club that will welcome anyone to come and fish with us. The lake is stocked with some 20lb + fish which include carp. Only recently a 19lb carp was landed by one of our new members who is new to the course fishing scene.

The club is maintained by the members and the funding which is received from profit made in the café. The café is open from the end of March to the end of October and usually it opens from half 9 till around about 3. Anyone is welcome to come in and have a cup of coffee or some warm food, our club is your club so feel free to bring the family.
