Ffitrwydd Dyffryn Conwy - Conwy Valley Fitness is aimed at delivering SAFE, EFFECTIVE and FUN exercise sessions, from group exercise in numerous disciplines to personal training.
I have over 25 years experience in the fitness industry and have many qualifications which include a Bed (Hons) in Physical and Adventure Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Sport and Exercise Science (Exercise and Health). I hold a level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, a level 3 Certificate in Exercise Referral, a Level 2 Gym Instructors a Level 2 Exercise to Music, a Level 2 Studio Cycling and many more C. P. D courses.
I am R. E. P. S. registered and am fully insured for all activities.
