You only have to submit your details once
We do the running around to find the right lender to suit your personal requirements
Some lenders are restricted to giving advice on their own portfolio of products and have restrictions on the type of property, and the amount they will lend against.
We are not restricted to classic office hours
We can arrange home visits at your convenience. Our head office is based in Cardiff and we travel throughout South Wales and the Bristol Area. ( We can arrange visits out side these areas subject to mutual agreements)
We often have exclusive products that are not available from the lenders direct or on the High Street.
We offer unbiased Independent advice and will explain even the most complicated mortgage in a straightforward easy to understand manner.
Once we have found the mortgage to suit your personal requirements we will keep you informed and updated on your mortgage application and assist to make the mortgage process as simple and painless as possible.
We have been able to help people who have been refused mortgages in the past.
There will be a fee for our mortgage advice payable only on completion of your Mortgage. This will be explained and agreed with prior to arranging any mortgage with you. There is no fee for arranging any insurance products. Please see the I. D. D (Initial Disclosure Document).
