Having started my cake business up in Scotland 6 years ago, I now split my time between Bucklebury in Berkshire and Enniscorthy in Co. Wexford (where i look after my mother) and hope to be able to provide cakes for all those cake events! Cupcakes and cakes for all occasions from formal to fantasy and basically anything in between.
