Here at First Cymru we are committed to the highest standards of customer service. We value the views of all of our customers and welcome any queries or comments on all aspects of our service. By giving us your feedback we can keep improving our services. We’d really like to hear from you, therefore please feel free to leave us a post or private message with the detail of your feedback. We will aim to respond to each and every piece of feedback and where sufficient information is provided, we will pass this onto our team to deal with at headquarters and at depot level where necessary. If your feedback is not acknowledged within 3 working days, please do get back in touch as we may have missed it – it can get quite busy here on Facebook!

We are happy to help where we can in relation to service enquiries & disruptions, but please bear with us as we may not have the information to hand straight away. If we don’t, we will speak with our colleagues to be able to respond to your enquiry as quickly as it’s possible.
Our Facebook page and Twitter accounts are manned between 8am and 6pm Monday – Friday to deal with your enquiries. We have limited coverage outside of the hours and endeavour to respond to urgent queries during this time. Alternatively, you can contact 01792 572255 (0700 - 2000) daily for assistance.

Weather Update
Due to snow on untrteated roads in the Bridgend and Maesteg area. We have had divert and terminate some services.
70 Service will terminate at Caerau Square and will be unable to serve Croeserw and Cymmer.
... The 74 Service will not serve Commercial Street, Wyndham and Badge Factory Lane and will terminate at Pricetown Clock.
Both services are subject to cancellation without notice.

**SERVICE UPDATE**
We've received reports of an accident on the A4232 link road into and out of Cardiff.
As a result, there is heavy queuing traffic which is likely to cause delays and/or diversions of our Cymru Clipper X2 and Swansea - Cardiff X10 services.

**Remembrance Sunday Road Closures in the Bridgend, Maesteg, Neath and Port Talbot areas**
Due to many Remembrance Day parades organised in the East Area of First Cymru today. It will be necessary to divert some services while others may suffer slight delays.
We would like to apologise to our customers in advance for any inconvenience caused. ^OGW
We have added some more details to the website for the Neath Port Talbot area and Cymru Clipper service diversions.
If you're planning a journey with us tomorrow, please check for information of diversions to services due to road closures for Remembrance Sunday Parades.
Please also allow additional time for journeys as some services may be delayed due to rolling road closures while parades march on roads throughout the area.

**Bridgend Issues**
The 68 service is currently on stop. Our engineering team are working to try and get the wheels in motion as soon as possible. Customers wishing to travel to Cefn Glas may use the 69 service. ^OGW
