First Encounters Ultrasound Cardiff

Excellent all round experience for my wife and I. In my opinion the one star review left by another is unjustified and should be removed. Staff were skilled, equipment was top notch and price was very reasonable.

Booked and paid a deposit today to see our baby gender , me and my family all booked the day off work as was a speical occasion to us , travelled 35 mins to get there but was a crash in Cardiff on the way up so where running 25 mins late, even rung up telling them what was going on arrived there and they wouldn't see us and told us the lady had go home...... Wouldn't bother !!!!!! And wouldn't refund us.

Fantastic staff who took the time to put us at ease and explain everything to us. Have used them again just as a reassurance during a difficult pregnancy and they have been very understanding and helpful. Would recommend anyone to use them and only wish the NHS staff had as much time and compassion as the staff here do. Thank you all 😊
