Well we landed a couple more this morning, but this was the biggest fish at 60cm and around four and a half pounds. Just a quick note. I dont mind a bit of banter...😃 Although it's kind of frustrating to constantly get comments on my page from people who have never been to visit me about how my food creations do not constitute dishes. Just to explain (which I shouldn't really have to), but it seems like there are people out there that are too mindlessly ignorant to understand what it is I have actually created. The stamina and the energy I have put into creating a new style of food for the... specific area in which I live in and love has not come easy. Especially as everything you see comes out of a caravan awning. Theres plenty of "celebrity" chefs out there with all the kit and all the staff in the world and they are still serving food nowhere near food as good as mine. The fact is you don't just get one course on the foraging and food days you can get from about 10 to 12 courses and this is my lifes work. So before commenting on things you know nothing about, and until you understand the hard work that goes into each and every thing that I do then either leave this page...or maybe you could go and create something completely new with your own talents? Although I doubt you could as you don't have any such capacity 🤣👍👌

Wonderful Pembrokeshire potatoes are back 😉👍. It would be rude not to use them. Slow cooked and charred Pembrokeshire potato, sea buckthorn emulsification and sea radish. This will work well 😀😋 Pembrokeshire beef shin braised in the collaboration seaweed ale that I made with @cafflebrewery. Limpets - Mollusc mousse with seaweeds pickled in kelp vinegar and some marsh samphire. This is just one of the small plates on the foraging and food day out. This one always puzzles people a little bit. Especially those that have never tried it. The limpets are cooked for a really long time to extract the wonderful juices the give. It's no different than the juices from cockles and mussels in reality.
