Our 'Fitcurves' circuit is a fun, yet safe and effective 30 minute workout for all ages and fitness levels. You will raise your metabolism helping to burn body fat and tone up. All this plus a friendly trainer to help you make being healthy a habit!

Fitcurves Description

Our 'Fitcurves' circuit covers all 5 components of exercise in just 30 minutes. In just 30 minutes we combine a workout of strength training and cardio exercise that will create lean muscle, raise your metabolism, and burn more fat. It is a safe and effective workout for women of all ages and fitness levels.

You'll be exercising in an environment that is welcoming, comfortable yet motivating. By getting yourself stronger and more flexible to prevent injury, you will be setting yourself up for a healthier and more active future.

Our fitcurves program covers 5 components of exercise all in just 30 minutes - warm up, strength training, cardio workout, cool down and stretch. It is an interval workout where you change stations every 30 seconds. This allows you to work out the whole body and not get bored!

And with your FItcuvres instructor ( who has 13 years experience working with the circuit) to teach and motivate you at every workout, you will be sure to keep motivated to reach your goals.

Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, have more energy, be more supple, be stronger, or have more self confidence, our fitcurves program can work for you.

Not only will you get access to the class you will also have the option of having the following support

access to the 12 minute home workout videos every week that will be created by your instructor
monthly weigh and measuring and goal setting
food diaries

Wednesday 730-9 pm

Friday 8-10am

Fitmuma in the FItcurves circuit ( nannies provided)
Friday 10-11 am

NB. 'Fitmuma' in the fitcurves circuit is the same class, however, we provide a nanny helpers in the room so the you can bring your children!

After this week you can turn up any time between 730 and 845 to do your half hour workout

She will not leave the middle of that circuit. She has energy. She is motivating. She runs the class from the middle of the circuit.
