The best gym bar none. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are second to none.

Our first visit to the gym today we were both shocked by the size of the gym AND the variety of machines! Old school stuff right through to modern day! Great enviroment! Great session We'll be BACK for a session soon! And a sunbed’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Iv trained people here for last few years iv used many gyms in UK this is by far the best weights gym in Swansea nobody comes close great family owned business who are constantly buying new equipment no matter how busy u can still train whatever you want due to amount of equipment..spot on

Great people there who make you feel welcome. Lots of parking space and a big space inside too.
