Yesterday was my first time at Five Guys �. My son recommended we go there as he goes everytime he's in town. I highly recommend it! �.

The food was outstanding and the staff were so polite and helpful. I will definitely be going back there. VERY SOON!! �

Went in around 1.30 today, very friendly and polite gentleman took my order. Food was cooked quickly and tasted superb, one of the best burgers in ages. A little pricey but worth it in my opinion. The milkshakes were amazing.

The 5 stars is mainly only for the service I received from one of the employees at the Swansea branch, I believe his name was "duff". The best service I have received from any food place , after serving me, he realized my patty was ready and needed to be dressed with my toppings, he himself jumped off the till to finish my burger as I stressed I was hungry and needed my five guys at the till, this was all on top of his superb manner and eagerness to help.



You give him a raise/promotion or I will be offering him a job in my company.

Really positive visit, entered the restaurant 10 minutes before closing. Most places wouldn't be so welcoming, the guys gave you an impression that they valued you as a customer and wanted you to have a good experience with them.

When received my food they did offer for me to sit down and eat my food there even though they would be closed. Basically a great overall experience!

As an American who has sampled greasy burger joints from coast to coast of the U.S. of A. I was very impressed to have a proper greasy American hamburger in the heart of lovely Swansea. The meat was perfect, cheese melted just right, bacon crispy and an assortment of sauces to sample. Enjoy this window into American cuisine in Wales.

Amazing service and fab food! The gentleman who served us was friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The lady who initially welcomed us when we arrived was very friendly and made us feel comfortable in a restaurant we had never visited before. I would definitely recommend to all, it was even family friendly as we had our 18 month old with us.

1st family visit. American diner surroundings. Excellent service. Great to see chefs cooking to order. High quality burgers (and I'm very fussy). Fries simply the best (quantity is very generous). Beats the competition ! Will certainly recommend and visit again.

These guys are the top of the burger "Chain" without a doubt. Let down slightly by their sync between online ordering and collection. Friendly staff, but only one knew what he was doing. Felt like a newly opened store? Just reading some of the reviews. Maybe it's just the staff are sick of serving tools who think this an expensive place. �

!great fast food, freshly cooked every time, no freezers on the premises!

The fries were just amazing not a bit greasy,skin on potatoes made them soo tasty !cooked in peanut oil (so be aware if you or any family member has allergy problem)

So disappointed . . Coke machine's not working ( told always playing up ) . .. overly salted chips why not let customer put there own salt on .. chips just put in botyom of the bag .

Bacon burnt not fresh cooked paid £53.00 flet like there was no love for the food just a job . At McDonald's you feel the staff care.. this was cooking by numbers

. Maybe it was jusy a bad day after xmas.... ps whats the point in using sliver foil to wrap the burgar and not recycling it . Five guys need to put heads together

For the price you pay, the food isn't great. The cajun fries are far too salty and everything else is average :-/

What a joke, clearly says on receipt all the toppings I wanted, instead i get nothing but a piece of bread, and a pattie? After many visits to Cardiff and been great, moving to Swansea would have been a great idea, not doing very well seeing as they've only just opened, joke!

Ordered five guys to be picked up for me and my kids. Kids loved theirs but mine cane with no burgers!!!! What the hell!!!! Over £50 spent and I had a bun with lettuce and onions in it!!! Not happy at all!! Won’t be buying again

Had wrong order given, which was also cold! Considering their burgers are supposed to be made fresh you would think that it wouldn't be cold. Went to pick up point to complain and was told that I would have to go back to order point! I then had to wait in line behind about 10 people who were placing orders. Finally got to reorder my burger, then had the usual wait and by the time I got back to the table everyone else had finished their burgers and the overpriced chips were cold! No apology, no discount! Won't be returning!!

First visit and will not be returning. VERY expensive. And we didn't even get our food! Ordered 2 burgers and chips with drinks, were told it would be a 10 minute wait. The soft drink was warm from the machine. 30 minutes later and we were still waiting. Went to the order point and were told our order number had already been collected - by someone else! They offered to cook a fresh order but by this time it was 22:40 and we were hungry so we asked for a refund instead, which they did give us. They implied it was our fault telling us people usually ask sooner if their food hasn't arrived - perhaps we're too patient?! We suggested it might be an idea to check people's receipts when they collect an order but were told they don't do that because that would be 'embarrassing' - more embarrassing than having customer complaints and having to give a full refund?! Because it was too late to go anywhere else we ended up in McDonald's, not quite the same quality (presumably) but at a third of the price it was better than going hungry!

Didnt know it was a fast food place, thought it was a restaurant with the prices they charged. Menu was limited, they had veggie but no chicken options? They gave my order to someone else first and then when I tried to explain, the girl had no idea what I was talking about.. The chips where just dumped in the bag which isnt great when you have kids. The burger was just an average burger, was expecting it to be greater for £7.50. Chips were over cooked and the coke machine didnt work. Actually worse than shake shack, keep it in the U.S
