Fix And Shift Training (FAST) is an innovative 'Handy-van service'.
It is a service for vulnerable adults run by vulnerable adults.

Fix and Shift Training (FAST) is a project supported by the Big Lottery to train vulnerable adults in DIY type skills to enhance their well-being and contribute in their communities.
The handy-van team will undertake maintenance work in the homes of other vulnerable people. FAST will also give work experience and teach employment seeking skills for those adults who have traditionally been excluded from work opportunities
