Business plan update: currently coming closer and closer to finishing the business plan, but I'm constantly adding new things, for example a SWOT analysis has now been added, this is the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company. But once the business plan has been created then we'll go onto finding a way to get a source of income to help support the taxi company and help start it up. A few ideas include a business loan, investors and possibly be able to get a grant from business Wales. But all of these things depend on having a good idea, and being different from the market.

This is just the beginning of something great. Excuse the errors as this is just a rough sketch of the business plan that will create the best taxi company in Bridgend.
