Welcome! Fletcher Fitness Ltd is a strength and fitness training company based in Newport, South Wales. We were established in June 2018. As of January 2019 we are now also able to offer online programs. We are able to offer tailored programs to all – no matter your ability, experience, your current weight or lifestyle. We have a lot of new and exciting things in the pipeline and are really looking forward to grow and add to our current clients – creating more than just a company for getting stronger, fitter and healthier but really building a community ( #iamfletcherfitness) that helps and supports each other. Our company is based on 4 fundamentals: Strength, Motivation, Inspiration and Versatility. This is because we think that these all contribute to each other as well as developing ourselves in fitness but also in general life! Strength is important and we don't just mean physical strength but mental strength too – through motivation and inspiration from Fletcher Fitness Ltd and our community of clients ( #iamfletcherfitness) we can improve strength and we can become more active and gain more confidence to try something new!
