I specialise in preparing and training people to join the Military. I am able to do this because I was trained to the highest physical training standards

Flint served in the British Armed Forces for 23 years, including specialist units such as 3 Commando Brigade, and the British Special Forces.
Flint was also qualified as a Physical Training Instructor and a Military Compressed Air Diver.

Flint is GP Referral, NVQ 3, Advanced Level 3 and British Medical Journal Qualified to ensure he knows all the latest information from both the Fitness Industry and more importantly the Health Industry.
Flint was trained in the British Army to the very highest physical fitness standards.

Flint was also the Fitness Supervisor for the Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers at Esporta's "Glamorgan" Health and Racket Club, before he decided to set up his own Personal Training Business and Private Fitness Suite.
Flint currently holds the fitness contract for the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service and is proud to have done so for the past 5 years.

Personal Training Prices:

1 to 1 Personal Training
At home, work, here at Flint's Fitness suite or outside
£20 per hour or £150 for 10 sessions.

Group Personal Training Prices:

At home, work, here at Flint's Fitness suite or outside
£20 per person per hour up to £60 max per hour
Max 8 people at my fitness suite or 20 outside.
