Based in Newport, South Wales, I offer a safe and secure space for you to work through some of your difficulties by offering hope and encouraging change.

I'm an experienced counsellor and supervisor working in Newport. I typically work with people who are doing their best to deal with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, to name but a few. They often contact me through my website, online directories, through their company EAP, or perhaps because someone has recommended me.
On this page I like to share ideas, encouragement and sometimes, something that just amuses me and might also tickle your funnny bone!
I like to hear from anyone who has a comment on anything that I post and encourage some discussion or stimulate thoughts and ideas. We are all an amazing resource for each other and we can reach out to communicate in a way that has never been so easy in the history of the world.
My website's name eludes to the idea of doing things differently, which is risky and suggests a sense of adventure too. We don't have to re-tread the same old well worn path, we can choose a road less travelled.
