We had our first visit today lunchtime. Absolutely fabulous Italian food, fresh, tasty and great staff. The best Italian restaurant I have found in South Wales, most definitely. Highly recommended, totally awesome and authentic.

Took my mum for a meal last night, what a gem! Beautifully decorated, the service was outstanding and the food absolutely delicious! We will be back!

Our favourite restaurant! Extensive menu, delicious food, good value, great music, lovely atmosphere & friendly, helpful staff. What's not to love?! Highly recommended.

In response to the review by MercuryStorm on the 17th Dec 17 on trip advisor. I am the customer who "verbally abused" this reviewer. My misses and I were unfortunate enough to be sat next to this customer and their family. When our starters arrived the reviewer were basically leaning over our table commenting on our food very loudly. From there it just went down hill, they were looking for fault in everything. Here is a small list of issues that were found. No black pepper, too much cheese on the margarita pizza, no herbs on the pizza and this list went on. Rather than attempting to rectify the issues they had by simply asking the waitress for things like pepper or the menu or even just picking up a menu from literally one metre away, they just sat moaning constantly for an extended period of time while at the same time calling the hostess ditsy and that she wouldn't be able to solve their issues. After a while I couldn't hold my tongue and told them to stop sitting there moaning loudly and actually ask the hostess to rectify the issue. Luckily shortly after expressing my dissatisfaction with their attitude they left leaving myself and the rest of the diners to happily enjoy our meals. Apparently they have dined at Florentinos for years, if they had they would know how good this place is, luckily this excellent restaurant doesn't need customers like them. I dread the next restaurant that has to deal with these people.

I went to florentinos on the 24/03/18 and it was absolutely stunning we may of had to wait 40 mins for a table because they were super busy but a glass of prosseco on the house fixed that and when we were seated and our food arrived it was heavenly, never tasted something so good and the staff were very lovely. Florentinos is a definite place to go too if you get the chance

I visited today, it was my 47th Birthday!! I was undecided where to go?? As I am a Vegetarian\Vegan so looked at a Vegan cafe ? My Hubby is a Normal person though!! I looked at Florentino's menu & it crossed that area that catered for both of us,as I have a horrid allergy to Lactose too I'm Tricky to feed !! But I had no concerns & was thrilled that they catered for me & provided a Whole number of choices for me to choose from!! I ordered soo much adored the Olives & had Pizza I hadn't had for years Thrilled to bits with my Birthday break from my busy Horsie Lifestyle a calm peaceful venue ,with an authentic Italian hospitality that can't be beaten ! I'll be back with more of my family!!

I celebrated my birthday with you tonight and my goodness you certainly made it one to remember. I was made to feel very special - for which I thank you. The staff were courteous and helpful and the food was scrumptious. Everyone in the party thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We were all so impressed we have booked another very special event in July. Have been to Florentinos for the 1st time tonight, was highly reccommended by a family member and we were not disappointed. The restaurant and staff were top notch. The food was amazing and as a larger table all members of our party were impressed and enjoyed everything anout our evening. The value for money for the standard of service and food was great!! The female owner even took time to come and have a quick chat with us and make sure all was ok. Will def be going back when in the area and would reccommend it to all. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed. A friendly welcome, attentive staff and a lovely ambiance. The food was delicious and could not fault a single thing. Incredible food actually. We can’t wait to return. X

Finally made it to Florentino’s last night after wanting to go for a long time, definitely worth the trip from Pembrokeshire “just for dinner”. The food was amazing (stone-baked garlic bread, bolognese and gelato) and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We’ve already chosen what we’ll be eating on our next visit! Thanks.

Came with my daughter and son in law for the first time today for lunch. what can I say, having lived in italy for 3 years I am a massive fan of italien food and people. I have tried many restuarants and been disappointed but this was excellent. The staff were friendly and nothing too much trouble as I asked for a pizza that was not on the menu and it was perfect. The food and staff were excellent and I will definately be returning. Thankyou.

A little gem tucked away in a back lane in the town of Carmarthen excellent surroundings food and service...pasta dishes were fantastic and very generous portions....the pizza probably the best I've tasted this side of Napoli...highly recommended

Visited here for an evening meal with my partner, this evening. Could not fault the beautiful food we both had. The service we recieved (though it seemed busy) we again could not fault. The only thing i would say is that we didnt have too much choice of seating, for one it was busy and we hadnt booked so i definately recommend booking and the table we had was directly at the top of the stairs. However this wasnt a major issue for us and although it was a little pricey it was definately worth the money. Recommend this restaurant and will definately be returning

Well heard a lot about this place, but I must admit I have had better meals out. Welcome was ok . Service was a little on the slow side. It was ages from having starters to having main course. The meal itself was fair, pork was ok, fries on the side was good.... chicken was very stringy, not good. The roast potatoes were new potatoes boiled and finished off in the oven with rosemary, not Roast Potatoes at all.... Fish was whole and was a pain to debone, this took time and then the meal was getting cold. So on the whole I was disappointed 😔 Call again???? will have to se

It's a lovely setting and the staff were great. All the pasta dishes looked delicious but I was disappointed with the ravioli, it was a tiny portion, only 3 pieces of pasta. A little cool too
