The service from start to finish was fantastic above and beyond the call of duty to help me try and win back the love in my life.
An example of this, although they sell their own chocolates, they went out their way to get some (Lindt) truffles as this is a favorite of my partners. Help me think of a message of was right for what I wanted to say.
I just want to say a big thank you to the team and the lady who helped assist me.
Your are very kind hearted.
I just hope the flowers have the impact I want them too have!

Ordered flowers over the phone whilst we were abroad. Delivered the same day exactly as ordered. Recipient delighted. Would highly recommend. We don't buy flowers anywhere else.

Had ordered flowers from FlowerTops the owner was really helpful and the flowers were beautiful my mum said they were the best she ever had. It was late when I rang and they helped me by delivering the flowers at short notice same day. I have used this florist before and would definitely use and recommend again.

Ordered some flowers to be delivered to a friend in Rhyl over the website. Chose a florist arranged "aqua box", and my only request was for the flowers to be pink. They arrived on the day requested (a Saturday) in great condition, smelling lovely and looking perfect! I'm very pleased.

Iv given one star only becouse i had to choose a star as no star isnt a option went in on the friday last week asked for a 12 inch heart with man city logo on it, was told that would be fine she said would nee be paid by the wednesday following weak ready for my grandads funeral on the friday i explained that i didnt get any money til the tuesday and the thursday i said could pay half tuesday and the rest on the thursday ready for my grandads funeral so she yes she would do that i go in tuesday to pay first half and she acted appauling and looked at me as if i was thick , she said she couldnt do it as its too short notice all though shes the one who said to pay on the tuesday and thursday and be ready so am like well your the one who said it and just proper messed the family around , unsympathetic and rude and unproffestional , the shunting i got when i said il go else where was unreal think il stick to john stevens on vale road professional friendly and sympathetic .so thanks for that flower tops couldnt get anything nice to put on my grandads coffin hope your proud off your selves , 3 grand children 5 great grand children were not able to give him the perfect send of he deserved wont be going there again , well not unless i stick CHEWING GUM ON THE WALL.😘 god thats a scarey thought .
