Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

A pretty good SMALL forbidden planet. Have a wide range of comics and Graphic Novels though can sometimes be pricey compared to buying else where online. It has also become a bit POP! Central with the amount of pop figures they have though if your a big fan of these then you'll be in your elements.

Coming from Glasgow where we have had an excellent FP for what seems like forever, the Cardiff branch is consistently disappointing. Customer Service is pretty shocking as the staff that I have dealt only want to help customers on their terms and they make it 100% clear that they are doing great you a favour even speaking with you. If you can stomach the unpleasant atmosphere, it's generally a well stocked shop. I give this a 1/5 based on my experiences in Glasgow vs. Cardiff. Night and day.

Forbidden Planet in Cardiff used to be a good shop many years ago but the last few times that my friends, family and myself have been there we've been abused or treated poorly by the manager and a few of the staff.

The male manager and his lackies treat customers who are LGBT and disabled disgustingly.
Unless something is changed then I won't be returning as a Customer anytime soon.

Probably the best collection in town. But unfortunately price difference w/ amazon is still too high

If you love Dr Who, Star wars, or any of the other franchises this is the place for you. They also have a fantastic selection of Science Fiction comics. The staff are also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a great place to visit.

Love love love this place. Great stock great staff. And it's in a great location.

Wonderful emporium of all things geek. Love this shop... Find it hard to leave with a bag full if items.
