Summer time is here, anyone looking for a healthy tan
Day 7 of my little experiment without having any aloe drinking gel. I don't want to be doing it again lol. I'm still more tired than I usually am, my skin is much more oily than usual, I've had a raspy throat and my stomach has been playing up. I've seen now how such a positive difference the drinking gel has on my health and lifestyle so I can't wait to get back on it after today.
There are some amazing effects of the aloe vera gel drink to be had. I have been drinking the gel daily for the last 5 months. I work shifts and am currently on 7 days away from home. I have forgotten my aloe gel and thought it would be a good experiment to see how I would feel without having it for 7 days. On day 3 now and I feel much more tired than usual, my skin is more oily, and I feel more out of it and hungrier than usual. Amazing effects, need my gel drink back now though.
