Bike Ability Wales will be providing additional free bike maintenance skills and advice at the Cycle Skills Sessions at the Monday 22nd and Wednesday 24th July dates. If you haven't booked your child a place yet please get in touch - spaces still available on the following dates

Our senior lunch runs on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 12.30pm, just £5 for a home cooked two course meal. If you need help with transport, just give us a call 01792 845566.

☆ Crystal Healing Group Session ☆
This is a 1 hour session from 18:30 to 19:30. Each session is limited to a maximum of 6 people. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis so booking in advance is essential. Price is £10 per person.
... WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING: Please bring your own Yoga mat (or something comfy to lie on), your favourite blanket, a pillow and a bottle of water (very important!).

WHO HOLDS EACH CLASS: My name is Claudia and I am certified in a wide variety of holistic therapies. My journey started 15 years ago with Quiromassage, the first of many holistic and wellness courses.
I am a Reiki Master, Quantum Light Master Healer, Crystal and Angelic Healing Practitioner. I have a real passion in what I do and I am continuously expanding my knowledge!
