Booked the hotel for one night for the family. Reached the hotel around 09:00 PM and lady at the reception was nice. However they showed us a room completly different to what I have booked with shared tiny toilet. Couldn't even find the shower. I refused to take that room I have a 4 year old the room was too bad. We left the hotel with a refund but not ideal as it was a struggle to find a place at that time of the night. Learnt my lesson. Wasn't sure if it was my tropical name led me to that room !!!

This hotel is in a really good location and the room I had was clean and spacious. The breakfast is good and the food is fresh and plentiful and is a buffet style. Those are the good points. The advertised car park is small and very often blocked by cars on the road or is the alleyway that you have to go through to get to it in Bath Street. There are vehicles seemed to be permanently parked thus reducing the parking space even further. The food and service is good but really not more than you should expect for the prices charged. The bar is basic but the bar food is good and reasonably priced.
Great customer service. Cafe and breakfast bar was really good. Would've been. 5 stars if it weren't for the broken TV but other than that an amazing place to get the student lifestyle at Aber.

Staff was friendly
The family room was excellent & my children felt happy & free there.
I asked them to serve the food to my room & they didn't hesitate at all (they charged me 10£ for that .. but that is OK)
The food was very tasty (home made)
& the breakfast was amazing (more tasty & better than most of the Famous hotels that I have ever stayed in).
If I will think to visit Aberystwyth again, for sure this hotel will be my choice 👌🏻

Great friendly staff, lovely sized rooms and a really nice breakfast. What more can you want?
