Not a full house move, but a self storage unit nearly full in South Wales, hence I had packed everthing myself. Agreed a price quickly and they collected when they said they would, and gave a date to deliver in France. Friendly, helpful and no problems with anything. The only thing I would see room for improvement is communication about approx what time of day they would be delivering (hence four stars).....had to contact them a couple of times to ask this on the day - would be nice to have maybe a two hour slot for delivery, or even a 'morning....'after lunch' or 'late afternoon' ! Would recommend.

what a wonderful quick and efficient team from start to finish (3/4 of an hour!) they polite helpful and just wonderful will be recommending you to friends. Top notch team and service!

Have reviewed more fully on Yelp, but would never use again. Took them weeks to bring my stuff from port to Birmingham, gave only 48hrs of the delivery date and no choice of time...and have managed to lose one of the biggest bags. Massive suitcase full of clothes just gone and they seem to be making no effort to find it. Very sorry I didn't use Excess Baggage (my other option) instead.

Avoid at all costs, very poor packaging, staff were arguing all day among themselves, driver damaged neighbours car ,they managed to lose a lot of our belongings whilst in their storage depot and the one's that arrived where broken or damaged , poor correspondence and attitude.still waiting to hear about missing belongings nearly a year on.
