Hi I'm Andrea and I've had the privilege of working in the Third Sector for over 20 years. During this time I have worked for the biggest name in grant funding: The National Lottery Community Fund, as well as Welsh Government. I have been a part of Non-Executive Boards to deliver strategy planning, budget revisions, and impact review. During these years I worked across many grant programmes covering Education, Health, Environment and Poverty. I networked with a range of grant funders, investors and statutory bodies to share best practice and improve outcomes. Many of these stakeholders I am lucky enough to call friends. I saw and reviewed hundreds of applications for funding, and provided guidance to Board on whom to fund and why. At Fresh Thinking Hub, I use my experience and expertise to improve governance within charities, guide business planning, and engage audiences to create behaviour change.
