I didn't buy my new Vivaro through FRF as there are much cheaper places to get one from. I have just had a warranty issue with the van and have never met such an unhelpful bunch of staff. I have been lied to this afternoon by the staff. They do Vauxhall a discredit and apart from being the only place to get warranty work done I would not go near the place again. They all seemed to have missed the customer service course. Avoid like the plague.

Took my car for a service I was pleased with the price

Firstly, it is a shame that I can't give FRF Motors in Swansea 0 stars.

Over a month ago, I had an issue with the connection between my phone and my car (AUX plugin), plus my dashboard is slightly loose.

I contacted them and they said they had the part for the AUX and told me to drop the car down. They then rang me at the end of the day, to say the part wasn't actually there and that they hadn't fixed it. I had to leave work earlier incidentally for this and arrange a lift.

They then informed me they would order the new part in. I dropped the car down again and they told me they had accidentally ordered the wrong part.

Another week passes and still no news. I call them for them to tell me that the part is in, why nobody had let me know I have no idea.

Alongside all of this, every time I call them I get passed around, on average, about 4 departments before getting to the right person. "Sorry this is XXX you need to speak to XXX". Also, very regularly the line has dropped and I have had to start again, or i've just been in limbo and can hear them talking in the background, without being transferred.

They have booked me back in again, for a weeks time, unable to move anyone around to accommodate me any sooner.

As for the other problem with the dashboard, they say it isn't loose and that they have 'tested' it. Which seems strange as I have a very loud rattle every time I drive.

All in all an horrendous experience, in which I can guarantee I will never deal with them again.

Update: Supposed to pick me up after car was fixed. I called them at 2pm to confirm that we were still on for 4.30pm. No sign at 4.30pm, I then call the garage and the driver hasn't left yet.

Staff at the reception pretend that they don't see you even if you standing right in front of them with enquiries. In parts shop, you have to wait for simple parts (like window winder handle) one week to be ordered and delivered (e.g. at BMW you will get your parts next day) and of course if you want to pick them up you have to take a day off work, because the shop is closed on Saturdays and Sundays even if the whole dealer is open... Absolutely ridiculous place.
