As a competitive athlete, staying healthy and monitoring your body is key. I have 10 + years working with athletes from all abilities. I have experience working with athletes who want to run their first 5km to elite and Olympic athletes preparing for major championships.
I've gained experience working with some of the leading therapist and strength coaches both in the UK and USA. I am very passionate about helping people of all abilities to get the very most of their sport or help aid people to a pain free and enjoyable lifestyle.
