Welcome to the Fung Yang Sau Association, which teaches Chinese Martial Arts!

With 40 years Martial Arts experience, Sifu Darryl Cross is the chief instructor of the Fung Yang Sau Association. He is a former six times British and one time European Champion. Darryl became world champion in full-contact Kung Fu in 1996, before returning to China in 2000, where he graded to Master Grade /5th Tengchi Black Sash.

Our association is a member of the B. C. C. M. A. - the only governing body of Chinese Martial Arts recognised by the Sports Council.
All classes are taught by qualified, black sash instructors, each of whom have trained in the art for a minimum of seven years. Our soft style still retains its Taoist origins from its roots in Feng Shou - the ancient 'Li Family' style, reputedly over 2000 years old.

Our style uses locking, grappling, throwing, striking, footwork, breathing exercises and forms (both bare hand and weapon).
