stayed from Tues 10 th till Thurs12th a slight booking mix up was sorted very quickly the fire alarm disturbance was handled very well by the staff who knew what to do in the situation gave me confidence room service was quick and done with a smile from the staff who were all very friendly and attentive breakfast was very good I only stayed 3 nights as I was visiting friends but will definetly be back I would give 10 stars if I could and I am a hard to please person

In a different hotel or what they expect for thier money ???? But this is the 5th time we have stayed here and we will be going back I would never stay any where else .

The staff are friendly , professional and extremely helpful with a smile .

The rooms are large ,very clean with lovely beds , bedding with everything in your room u will need the rooms are ALWAYS outstanding

The food in the Thomas is lovely the service is fab and the staff are friendly the food is excellent !

Breakfast thier is nothing u can't have from a cooked breakfast to salmon cereal and pancakes fantastic

Stayed here last weekend for one night bed and breakfast and it was absolutely superb bar was excellent,room was spotless and all the staff was really friendly also breakfast was fantastic as well would throughly recommend this hotel to anyoneÔøΩ

Only stayed 1 night and it was great easy check in room was clean and tidy air conditioning bath room well stocked bed was comfortable TV kettle hair dryer only negative not enough milk but that's the same in every hotel I've stayed we had B&B and must say the food was lovely all you wanted and more again only 1 negative as you walk into the restaurant the cereals were at the far end instead of the entrance only a small point .the staff were friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again next time down the Bay to see a show

One of the best hotels in Cardiff. Stayed in November for the rugby which I think was a bit over priced for that weekend. But we enjoyed anyway. Staying boxing night which was very enjoyable.

I stay in this hotel for 2 nights each week though work. Very nice hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant. Rooms very nice, large, clean and full of good facilities. Breakfast and evening meals very good. Staff very friendly and go out of their way to be accommodating. Very well situated a few minutes walk from Cardiff Bay. Will continue to Stay here as I have no reason to try any other local hotels. 5*

Had our Christmas party here on Saturday and it was fantastic. Food was great and piping hot for all 80 of us and makes a change to have room around the tables rather than be squeezed in like sardines as we were at a city centre hotel last year. Matt Lissack from Capitol Radio was our DJ and he kept the dance floor full all night. Thank you to Nick and the rest of the team for a great night !

First time I've stayed here, lovely spacious clean room, great location for visiting Cardiff bay. Plenty of parking staff were very professional and attentive can't fault the hotel, plenty of places to eat and visit within easy walking distance, I can lt recommend highly enough

Can’t fault this hotel, stayed for a night to celebrate our anniversary. Very reasonable price. We were Upgraded to the king suite with a bottle of bubbly and robes. Nothing is too much and ideal location.

Been staying at future Inn Cardiff for last four years, comfy beds and easy parking placed perfectly for Cardiff Bay and the Castle..only downside is the hotel corridors are always warm they don't do single beds and the road noise can be anoying if your not used to it..

Been coming here almost every year for ten years for family holidays.I would always recommend it for easy access to the Bay and just a taxi ride to the city centre.Staff always friendly and helpful,really couldn't ask for more.

The hotel is spot on, but the restaurant goes from bad to worse. The steak is only 6oz now. Six. That's not even a child's portion

Stayed here last night to attend the Stereophonics gig at the Motorpoint Arena. Room was lovely no complaints, breakfast was nice and wasn’t busy when we went down, thought it was a bit pricey but I guess that’s what get for staying in a big city. All in all was a very pleasant stay with very polite staff. �

Room was average for the price. Restaurant was awful. No idea of how to provide Vegan food and didn’t have a clue on the ingredients in one dish. Lost my order and what arrived wasn’t good. Soup tasted just like orange peel, curry was bland and rice looked like it was boil in the bag (hard and in clumps). Will be finding somewhere else to eat if I stay here again

Recently stayed here for a few nights after visiting to attend an event at the Motorpoint Arena. The hotel is conveniently located within 20min walk to the City Centre and 10min walk to Mermaid Quay.



The reception staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant staff at breakfast were helpful too and the food was ok but nothing special.



The hotel amenities were average.



The only real negative was with our room. It was boiling hot and the air-con didn't seem to work. Unfortunately the hotel is on a busy roundabout so it was very noisy with the window open. This didn't make for an enjoyable experience. There was a heated mirror in the bathroom too, which came on with the light, and made the bathroom savagely hot.



We stayed here a few years ago and didn't have any issues with the room temperature then so perhaps the air-con just needs upgrading... and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future.

Having friends visiting for a night out in Cardiff, they had booked this hotel, when we all arrived they were told the booking was incorrect. Instead of helping them to book another room or assist, we all found the front desk staff completely unhelpful and frankly rude. As a local I was embarrassed and appalled by how your staff approach visitors, the duty Manager was not much better and ill prepared to deal with any complaint.

I most certainly will not be recommending or staying at any of your hotels in the future

Got lost and drove into the car park for about 2 mins did not stop and now been sent 1 fine in the post for breaking a contract !

Where are your morals?

Do not stay here! Disgusting unprofessional front of house staff.

Not one iota of interest in helping us when our booking platform had got our booking wrong. We had travelled from as far as London some of us, they made no attempt to arrange a room, wouldn't even give a price to rebook, just wanted to cancel our booking "for free" that was their favour to us...

a party of four ladies checking in at the same time, had booked the same room as us at the same price.... they were checked in no problem (insult to injury)

Asked numerous times to speak to a manager, after 2 so called managers, neither of which had a good attitude, we still didn't get to talk to anyone who attempted to sort a room.

Now obviously when there's a bigger party, some ppl started getting annoyed at the desks attitude & when they were asked where they were from,as here we go out of our way to make sure the customer is satisfied here..

We were pointed at and told we are racist by a second receptionist who was dealing with her own guests check in at the time.

Future Inn, your staff are rude unprofessional & need a course in hospitality immediately

I'd also like to add you were dealing a small independent hotel owner!!!

A hotel that 3 of us have worked in, so we are not without experience ourselves.

Not in all my years of travelling have I ever been treated in this way.

This is not the last that's going to be said on this matter.

You will be hearing in writing from all of us.

Along with our video footage & names of other guests who thought your dealing in the matter was horrendous.
