Visited the Penarth Road branch last week ordered some new sofas table and a headboard Nathan was extremley helpful and spend a lot of time with us all staff were very friendly and knowledgeable would recommend .

Absolutely lovely staff. Quick and efficient, respected our time and made the whole experience fantastic. Will highly recommend to all our friends and family in Maesteg as we never even knew the store existed. Big shout out to the manager who helped us buy our first table and chairs for our new home.

Spent several hundreds of pounds here. One sofa arrived damaged and was promised a quick fix through a contracted engineer rather than returning it and ordering another, which would take up to 3 months. More than a year later, several calls and emails later, denials and incomplete records, the original sofa was finally fixed and was promised (over the phone) that I would be refunded £500 for the inconvenience. This was offered, I did not ask for it! Thinking fw homestores had redeemed itself, they are now denying any such promise was made. Absolute shambles and shoddy customer service. Would not recommend to anyone! This is the Cardiff, Penarth rd store.

Delivery was over 8 weeks late and not once was I kept informed by any member of staff. I only got a reply from the office when I sent an email complaining and the response was "Sorry the new supplier we use for the table is not very reliable".... Just terrible customer service and no ownership what so ever.
