Not only does this allow us to see what the problem is but we also love to talk and teach and during our visit you can ask us anything about IT and anything about the work we do plus you get to see the standard of our work - although, if a fault is a bit tricky, some virus clean ups can take hours, we would ask if we can continue work back at base, saves keeping the kettle on the boil till the early hours!
