With an assortment of plate loaded machines that have been constructed with a lot of thought and insight into the mindset of a bodybuilder and the quest for muscular development this gym has it all and continues to grow, the environment as a whole is a place where you feel that everyone in there is kicking ass and working hard images of successful bodybuilders cover the walls along with quotes and golden rules which all offer inspiration, and even though the gym offers a hardcore environment, everyone's friendly and welcoming .... the gelsei academy is just that An academy where learning and growing takes place ... what u waiting for ?

Well I can honestly say it's 1 of the best gyms iv trained in. The equipment is outstanding & it's run by the best in the business. All I got to say is get there for a session or your missing out big time. JFT

Trained here a few times before and a lot more recently. Everytime I have Ive enjoyed it more and thats not just because the gym is having new equipment constantly but also because it has a very hardcore atmoshere but an encouraging one at the same time, which is hard to find. The gym is full of positive like minded people that makes training to your limits inviting.

No matter your strength or ability, physical and mental GAH is very wellcoming for all.

Top gym. I have seen a lot of gyms and this gem of a gym has some of the best selection of machines and weights around. Not only that, it's run by the best people around.

Started training here approx 2 months ago, originally it was just because of ease of locality around work but quickly became 1 of the best decisions i could have made, totally changed my outlook of training and the best enviroment possible to train in!.. all the staff are amazingly friendly always on hand to assist and heavily experienced and competent in thier field. The equipment is second to none!. Everyone who trains here has their own personal goals and are not there for a social gathering like a lot of commercial gyms, big fan of GAH ���

Quite handy as i dropped my car off for repair and as it is only a 2 minutes walk away i went in to do a workout, good equipment and very helpful /friendly staff �

Probably one of the best gyms have ever attended. Kit is superb, atmosphere is spot on. But mostly its run and supported by the most knowledgeable people, I've ever come across in the industry

Just been to Open Day, fabulous friendly place. I went over on my own and was made to feel welcome. One of the members showed me around & trained back with me. Totally different to my gym I usually train in, can't wait to return. Will be joining up soon and doing a few of my sessions there every week, well worth a 30 mins drive Fabulous equipment, knowledgeable staff , friendly members & good atmosphere.

If you're looking for a raw gym with a great vibe, this is where you need to go! Leica and Mike are two of the most passionate people about this sport and will lend a helping hand wherever they can. All equipment is up to scratch and you can be sure to hit every angle of any muscle group with the variety of machines they have available!!

I travelled from Birmingham to have a session here and also get trained by them both. Have to say one of the best gyms I've been extremely clean and all the machines are clean and fresh. Some great equipment there. Well worth the drive and pain 💪💯

I go to lots of gyms but I am not usually thinking about them a week after I went there. This gym has left a lasting impression. Not only do you have high calibre coaches running it imparting the knowledge, they have created an environment that is amazing to train in. So many gym you walk into are aloof and unfriendly, but here you have a gym that has a friendly feel from the off. Everyone is willing to help each other and truly want you to succeed it is just great. GAH have also not skimped when it comes to equipment. They have got in the best Powerfabs equipment, strong and smooth and visually pleasing to use, noticeably so much better than commercial gyms and in the week since my visit they have had even more equipment delivered, you really are spoilt here, it is a playground to transform in. On top of this it is so clean and tidy. People return their weights no tripping over dumbbells or having to unload machines before you start. If I lived near here, I would be in here all day. There is no gym out there like it. If you get the chance to use it don't miss out. Outstanding. Well done GAH �

I drive 30 minutes each way to get to this gym sometimes an hour in rush hour, there are plenty of gyms near me but none come close to the sheer amount of equipment, atmosphere and the fun loving goofy staff that run this place, it's more like a second home with an adopted family! I'd suggest a day pass just to check it out, you won't be disappointed! There's also lots of personal trainers to choose from if you're looking for a PT!

Having been referred to this gym by friend Dan Smith, I knew it was going to be a great place to train. Ever since training I have found more than passion for training and am always gutted if I have to train elsewhere.

Staff are all very friendly and very knowledgable and the equipment is the best in the game. Would rate it 6/5 if I could

Had my first training session at the gym today very impressed looking forward to training legs on the weekend . Think this might be my gym of choice from now on . Start my 16 week prep for the PCA body power show and two weeks later the Welsh . Look forward to seeing the results from training at such a well equipped gym .

Had Thursday and Friday visiting GAH gym I am keeping it short the best gym I have been in and by a long way to !! run by fantastic welcoming people stocked with powerfabs equipment which is the best in my opinion spotlessly clean the best advice on your training and what seemed to me respectful friendly members using the place Go and see for yourself !!! ️

Finally made the trip up the A470 to train here after seeing Mike and Leica in action at Bodypower, great gym, from the moment we walked through the door, staff very welcoming and helpful, the equipment is excellent, great vibe, great music, nice to chat to Mike too - will be returning without a doubt!

Came in today for a leg session, by far one of the best gyms in Wales in terms of equipment and layout. Used a variety of new machines and I'm already cramping �� will definitely be back to hit some chest �
