At the Gateway to the Elan Valley in the main shopping area in the village of Rhayader.

The Gaia Holistic Centre represents over 30years experience and exploration in the Holistic Field. Here we celebrate the amazing choices that abound to help people feel good, increase a sense of wellbeing, learn new skills for enjoyment or professionally, connect with Nature and our own true nature. Explore creative and Therapeutic pathways that support us moving through life in nurturing creative and supportive ways. We are community focused and aim to allow the direction of the Centre to be natural and organic as we respond to needs in our community. We will be offering Children's Fun sessions that cover Nature Connective activities, Free Creative Expression in Art Music Story Telling Poetry Role Play Co operative Games, and more. These will also run during The School Hollidays. Don't worry there are plenty of fun and creative projects for big kids too!
