Very Aweful Experienced! My son asked me to buy this Pokemon Cards bundle on display but when it was scanned on the till they found out that the item is not ready for purchase yet. The manager (I assumed he was) approached the and told me that it was put on display by mistake. It made my son very upset, I even asked (almost beg) the manager to do something so my son can have it. I didn't see any sympathy from the manager even he knew my son started crying he then just walked away. Will never come back to any Game store anymore! Been a regular customer for years!

The prices are a bit high and I don't think it's worth it to pay £5 for 15 mins of a htc vive game when the oculus rift was free. On the other hand though, the staff are amazingly helpful and the new BELONG area is awesome. I've been once for 2 hours and it was tons of fun. And, although I said. The vive prices are too much- I am going back for another go today!!

Terrrible service. They do not accept credit cards with signature. Not able to cancel the card transaction and provide physical evidence that they have voided the transaction. After paying with a pin card, shop manager tried to gave me the game again. I had to warn her that She has already given me already one game. Shop manager not knowing how to deal with customers at all.

I have been using their service for few years now: nice store, nice service. Highly recommended.

Staff are helpful, though it lacks a broader range of games that aren't the traditional tripe A selection. Gaming merchandise and accessories are lacking save for specific brands.
