Great customer service. Well organised for the midnight release of Destiny 2.

They had some pretty good "3 for 2" deals.

Bit too cramped but always a good selection of games and accessories.
Staff are helpful and knowledgeable

Very very helpful, asked for a PS store money top up and found out that I got a Xbox Gold one. Upon return they changed it without problems and were very kind.

A very helpful and friendly store. I love this game as they don't jump on you when you're walking around browsing. They've always been friendly and chatty when buying something at the till and are often ready to give their view on something if you ask. Unsure why anybody would rate less than 4 or 5 stars. Only problem I had once was they didn't have a "new" 3ds in standard size in black, only white. Certainly not the end of the world for the other successful 100 visits over the last 10 years!
