I have used this store since it was previously called electronics boutique and can say it my fav store to get games from excellent staff and knowledge great trade in prices very fair when comes to taking in goods and do not push trying to sell you stuff

Good service, friendly staff and great deal when selling my phone to them.

The head office telephone just provided me with a few automated responses to my call, but you can't actually talk to anyone! Nor can you leave a message, nor have an online 'chat' about a query. Their system doesn't even give you the telephone number of your local branch! Very Strange!
However, the local staff (visit store, or get number from local tel directory) are very helpful and practical. Bought a second-hand Samsung Galaxy S4, and just transferred all my contacts from previous phone in a fraction of a second! I really appreciate a phone with prompt responses! This phone seems like a very good recommendation by Game!

Very polite, friendly, professional bunch. It seems each employee has their own specialisation and knowledge in different regions and genres of video games, making them all very approachable to get solid recommendations. The store is very well presented and the test console even worked! Furthermore, they had employees on the shop floor, not hovering around the till. I purchased a Nintendo Switch and they didn't make my feel uncomfortable when I declined the care package; (still something I'm considering).5/5 well done.

Went it to get a quote on my phone and the idiot behind the counter just stood and laughed at me the entire time I was there. Only went there because there is not another tech place in town
