has to be the most friendly store I have ever had the pleasure of visiting everyone is way more than helpful and always give great advice! wish more places could be like this

Woman on the check out was really helpful, always great service, the Merthyr game has nothing on the Pontypridd one! Haha

Traded a few items for an Xbox One, the manager spent the time working out the best deal for me and was very helpful.

The staff are very helpful. They know what types of games I am interested and keep me updated on any new release that I may fancy.

Really great staff, get 99.9% of my games from here, despite it not being the the closest Game to me.

Originally went to the Talbot Green store to purchase an Xbox one x, I wasn't exactly fond of the bundle options as I don't play CoD or PUBG, but opted for the bundle which included cod Ww2 and a play and charge kit. I was then told I can't have the "deal" as the charge kit wasn't in stock. I mentioned pc world had a better offer that included 3 games and was basically told it can't be matched, sorry.... No effort to maybe offer something else.. So today I went to the pontypridd store, explained to the girl at the desk (I didn't catch her name!) what I wanted, and was offered a deal with a new controller and at a cheaper price... Sold. This store has much nicer staff overall and can't say I have ever walked out thinking badly of my experience. Thanks!

I returned a phone this morning that didn't accept my SIM card, the customer service I received was above and beyond. They rectified the issue for me immediately, especially to the guy that served me your a credit to the store ��

Fantastic service here yesterday, Anthony was very helpful and patient with how indecisive I was! I don't usually write reviews but I was very impressed. He knew exactly what he was talking about and went above and beyond what I expect, especially compared to other branches I have visited. Thank you!

Dear GAME (Pontypridd),

I would like to offer my sincerest thanks and appreciation for the experience I was given yesterday (Sat. 06th).



I was but an unsuspecting gamer merely browsing the vast content that embodies the great store, when heaven decided to land me with one of their own, a fallen angel, called Pip. (I'd take a shot in the dark and assume it's short for Pippa or Phillipa, but hey ho!)



She stood there in an everlasting elegance.

A purifying glow lingering around her body, her wings spanning the length of the store.



It was then, she asked me those unforgettable, heart-stopping holy words: "Hi there, can I help you?"

I couldn't pull my eyes away from hers, I had already fallen victim to her mystical embrace.



We then shared a powerful moment of social conversation, about which cloud she fell from, why she was sent down to this world to bless me with her heavenly presence.. (and also outlined the combat system used in the Batman games in comparison to Middle Earth:Shadow of Mordor.. amongst other things..)



That moment we shared seemed to last forever, and yet somehow, I felt it was not long enough.. but I know the moment will last with me forever.. until the end, and beyond.



As fate would have it, our meeting would unfortunately had to have come to an end.. the bells of heavens gates were calling her from afar (and a mate of mine was fed up of waiting for me and decided to buggar off) so with that, I painstakingly had to tear myself away from her captivating gaze.



I asked her, "Will I ever see you again?..".

She replied with but a smile, and with that, she closed her eyes and in a purifying light, disappeared from me, leaving nothing but dimly glowing white feathers gently swaying to the heavy ground.



I left the store that day with empty hands, but my fulfilled heart was more than I could carry.



I know someday I will see her again.. I know it.

Until then, I will always remember that inside that beautiful GAME store, in Pontypridd, I met.. an angel..





And with that I would like to thank whoever took the time to read this dreadful message.

All of the staff I have had the good fortune to talk to in that store have been awesome, so I really hope you didn't mind reading this!

Bought an xbox360 for my son for xmas, set it up xmas day, red ring of death, took it back , today, and the customer service was awesome, didnt catch his name, but he was brilliant, fair play, cherrs guys :-D

I remember the time that I use to buy loads from your shop. :) Always loved this shop with the good xbox 360 games and the ps3 games ^^ The only thing that made the review lost the star was a female women that was not very polite to my perants :/ But I think this shop is wonderful.

Always nice to chat with these guys. Helpful. Only bad thing is now its not game station some use the game mentality of jumping on you as soon as you walk in. Also holiday temps know nothing
