Staff are ok but pre owned products clearly don't get tested, won't be using them again

Bought a pre owned phone here today, got it home and it's dead as a door nail, won't even turn on and been on charge for hours, used 2 different chargers just to be sure, so it's definitely the phone, shame they don't test them in store so I don't have to waste my time returning it, will just be getting a refund when I return it as don't want to risk the same thing happening again, will shop elsewhere in future

Fantastic customer service I highly recommend this store over any others.
